My approach to investing was shaped long before I ever raised capital. I started my career in construction, swinging a hammer and learning the business from the ground up. That hands-on experience became the foundation of how I operate today: detail-oriented, execution-focused, and relentlessly committed to managing risk and protecting capital.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve closed more than 1,000 real estate transactions and sold over $100 million in real estate. I don’t rely on theory, market hype, or financial engineering. Every investment is underwritten using conservative assumptions and executed through a vertically integrated development process. I’m not a passive fund manager removed from the assets—I’m an active operator who builds, manages, and oversees every project our investors participate in.
